Mechanical testing is performed exclusively in collaboration with officially accredited institutes, while product acceptance tests and consignments are monitored by independent experts in line with customers' specifications.

We co-operate with classification societies, including:

• GL (GERMAN LLOYD)
• DNV (DET NORSKE VERITAS)
• BV (BUREAU VERITAS)
• LR (LLOYD'S REGISTER)
• or any other class as required.

To ensure conformity at all times with increasingly demanding quality requirements PIA is also ISO9001 certified, guaranteeing an extremely high standard of internal organisation.
